Welcome to SEXTOYS.SG (www.sextoys.sg). Please read the following terms and conditions of SEXTOYS.SG Online Service Agreement carefully. By accessing the information on SEXTOYS.SG website and by purchasing from SEXTOYS.SG website, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions you may not access or purchase from SEXTOYS.SG web site. All references to SEXTOYS.SG in this agreement shall include the www.sextoys.sg website, d'eXclusiv Limited Liability Partnership and its partners, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents and attorneys as applicable. Access to SEXTOYS.SG is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.

Inventory
We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually dispatch right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be dispatched immediately by the best way when received from the manufacturer.

Back-orders
Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will dispatch it to you promptly by the best way. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to six weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to dispatch within 45 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and remove the item from our catalog. Upon order cancellation, you will be issued with a SEXTOYS.SG Gift Voucher equivalent to the amount of the cancelled item which you can use at SEXTOYS.SG to purchase for a different item.

Special/Non-stock
Special/Non-stock merchandise includes items that we do not hold active stocks. These items are available for purchase but are to-order from the manufacturers. Special/Non-stock products usually arrive within two to six weeks but can occasionally take longer. Once we receive the product, we will notify you by mail and dispatch it to you promptly. If your order is not ready to dispatch within 45 days, we will update you by email. If for any reason we determine that a special/non-stock item will no long be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and remove the item from our catalog. Upon order cancellation, you will be issued with a SEXTOYS.SG Gift Voucher equivalent to the amount of the cancelled item which you can use at SEXTOYS.SG to purchase for a different item.

Reviews, comments, stories
SEXTOYS.SG enables its users to post reviews, comments, stories and other content to the site. By posting reviews, comments, stories or other content to the site, you grant SEXTOYS.SG and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivatives works from, distribute and display such reviews, comments, stories or other content throughout the world using any media. By submitting your name with any review, comment, story or other content to SEXTOYS.SG, you expressly state that you grant SEXTOYS.SG and its affiliates and sub licensees the right to use the name that you have submitted.
