SEXTOYS.SG is strictly an online business and do not have a retail presence. This is to keep our overheads to a bare minimum. With this business module, we are therefore able to keep our prices low. The more we save, the more you save.

- Can I place my order by phone, fax or email?
We require that you place your order through our web store so that the chances of any order entry errors are minimized (if you've ever waited for an order and then received the wrong item you can appreciate this). Our web store is very easy to use and you can place orders in less than half the time it would take to fill out and fax in an order form.

- How is my order packed? Is it possible to see the contents of the package?
All orders are packed in brown or carrier's packaging depending on the size, type and number of products ordered. There will be no product visuals or indication on the packaging. The only thing you'll see is your delivery address and our return address which will simply be D'EXCLUSIV LLP VBOX 888874 SINGAPORE 919191. There is no way to tell what is in the package unless you open it.

- What delivery methods are available?
We offer a variety of delivery methods for both Singapore and International orders. These methods include SingPost Standard Mail Service, SingPost Registered Mail Service and Speedpost Courier Service. Please see Delivery and Returns for details.

- Can I self-collect or pickup my orders from you?
We do not provide self-collection and or pickup services. We are strictly an online business and by not providing services such as these, we are able to keep our overheads low. The more we save, the more you save.

- I have not received my order. Where is it?
You can check the status of your order by going to My Account. Check to see if you have entered a correct delivery address during check out. If you have entered an incorrect address, you will have to wait for SingPost or Speedpost to return the package to us before we can advice further. If your order has already been dispatched, you may also check the status of your package at SingPost or Speedpost if your delivery method is by SingPost Registered or Speedpost Courier/Air Parcel. Unfortunately, delivery by SingPost Standard cannot be traced.

- I'm interested in this product but it is currently sold out. What should I do?
We have a product notification system in place just for this purpose. If you find a product that interest you and it is sold out, simply click the Notify button found on that product page. Our system will automatically send you an email notification when the product is back in stock. You may then proceed to our store to make your purchase. To view the products you have in your notification list, please go to My Account.
